We describe our products as accurately as possible, but colors and details may vary slightly. Prices and availability may change at any time, and we may correct errors, cancel, or limit orders.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We accept payment via Stripe. We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud or pricing errors) and will refund any charge in that case.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the order to the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy.

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, including hygiene-related eligibility requirements.

HaloHold™, HaloHold Baby™, and Protect The Bond™, along with our logos, content, and designs, are our property and may not be used without permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Our products are wearable shields/covers intended to be worn by an adult while holding a baby. Always use them as intended and never as a substitute for safe, attentive supervision. The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HaloHold Baby™ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
