Returns & Refunds

Last updated August 5, 2026

30-day return window

When live ordering begins, eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct instructions.

Eligibility

  • Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, an opened, worn, washed, or visibly used product is not eligible for a change-of-mind return.
  • This hygiene restriction does not limit remedies that apply to a defective, damaged, unsafe, or incorrectly supplied product.
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) required.

How to start a return

Email support@HaloHoldBaby.com with your order number and reason. We'll send return instructions.

Return shipping and refunds

Customers are responsible for return shipping on eligible change-of-mind returns. We cover reasonable return or replacement shipping when we supplied a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to post the credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact support@HaloHoldBaby.com within 14 days of delivery with the order number, a description, and clear photographs when practical. Do not continue using a product that appears damaged or defective. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide troubleshooting, a prepaid return, a replacement, or a refund. Later-discovered manufacturing defects will be reviewed individually and any rights required by applicable law remain available.

Support target

We aim to acknowledge customer-support messages within two business days. Complex carrier, defect, or safety reviews may take longer, but we will provide an update rather than leave the request unanswered.
